As your leading pediatric dentist in Liberty, Dr. Ryan Francois is the friendly face you run into at the local grocery store or see at community events and sports games.
Born and raised in Stockton, CA, Dr. Francois completed dental school at the University of the Pacific and a two-year pediatric dental specialty residency at the University of Illinois – Chicago. He found the Kansas City Northland was the perfect place to grow roots and raise his family. His wife, Amie, grew up in Liberty and they are both happy to be part of this wonderful community.
Dr. Francois has held positions at Children’s Mercy Hospital and sat on the board of directors for Level Up Kids.
He is a computer aficionado, video gamer, and Golden State Warriors Fan. He loves spending time with his family, taking road trips, and camping. He and his wife have two sons, Evan and Ethan, a dog named Ellie and three cats.

Amie is Dr. Francois’ wife and business partner. Together they opened Pediatric Smiles to help serve their community. Although she comes from a non-profit background, she survived dental school and residency with Dr. Francois, so she feels like an honorary dentist. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know the families who come in and then seeing them again at the grocery store, sporting events, and the movies!
Brei brings years of dental experience to our office and manages the daily operations of our clinic.
Brei lives with her wonderful family that includes two amazing daughters, Aubrey and Posie. Aubrey even helps in our office by sending us fun memes to share on our Instagram page!
Brei is constantly finding ways to improve our practice, from being the in-house handywoman to finding deals on fun matching office wear, we are lucky to have her on our team.
